I say let the arabs drink their oil.
Tell the environmentalists to kiss off as well.
Anyone else tired of the blood for oil bull sheet?
I hear people complaining about blood for oil but I don't see to many people shouting it while riding bikes or horses. The same goes for hybred vehicles, they are available but how many are on the road?

"Simply stated, there is NO DOUBT that Saddam Hussein now has weapons of mass destruction. There is NO DOUBT that he is amassing them to use against our friends, against our allies, and against us."

It's been four and a half YEARS since you said that, DICK.

So where are they ?

Where are the weapons that three THOUSAND American soldiers died for? THAT'S why you sold us this war.

So WHERE are they?

If a thief was to forcefully enter my home at night, become caught in the act and then act in a threatening manner towards myself/family would it be right for me to use force to defend my home? Even if that meant his death?

It's been said recently that if the U.S. congress were to cut funding to the Iraq War, it would be political suicide. But for who? Couldn't the congress cut off all funding, with the exception of funds needed to get the troops back home? If this were done, then Bush's only option would be to winthdraw all troops at once. If he didn't, wouldn't it be his political suicide. In failing to do so he would be putting the troops at risk. Because if this were done, it would rest with the President to take the action that would prevent any unnecessary harm to troops. The nations elected representitives would have spoken, and Bush would be forced to comply. Otherwise he would be put soldiers in a more dangerous position then they are in now. And why should the war continue? It's not even the same war that it was 4 years ago. The Iraq military was destroyed, Saddam was removed, and WMDs (or the lack thereof) were dealth with. That was the war that was supported. That war is over.

I am so tired of this war. 20,000 more troops will be sent to Iraq. Doesn't the Bush administration plan to stop this nonsense. How many more of our U.S. troops have to die because of this stupid war? President Bush keeps saying that he has a plan to rebuild Iraq, however he's been saying this for a very long time, yet there is nothing going in Iraq right now except destruction and chaos. Going to war was a mistake in the first place, especially if there was no reason to go (the so-called weapons of mass destruction).
I think I speak for everyone when I say, "we are all tired of this war!"

We aren't trying to change the laws to make it harder on people to immigrate, or to enforce a new law retroactively. I'm just saying why can't we enforce what we have now on the books. What's wrong with that?

I filed a claim on someone that I purchased a car from because he did not provide the title to the car so I returned the car and he said he would give me my money back and he never did, all I have is the Bill of sale and the reciept that has the date I returned the car, the type of car and how much I had bought the car for along with the sellers address and phone number it also says i returned the car. When I filed the claim on him the clerk said that he had several cases on the same issue and not all were settled I also went to the police department and they said he had a criminal history of arsenic and his son also had a criminal history. What else should I come up with to win my case?

Bush invaded Iraq on the lie that there is WMD in Iraq and finally admitted that they couldn't find any. Instead of apologizing for destroying their country now he is creating reasons that could justify the war, like Saddam's removal from power, installing democracy etc.etc.

In reading most of the pro-Bush statements on this site, I'm struck by something.

How is it that our men and women in uniform are "protecting and/or defending" us by serving in Iraq?

When was Iraq a threat to us? Ever?

When Bush invaded, Saddam had virtually no military, no weapons of any consequence, no air force, no terrorist allies - in short, no ability to project power beyond his own borders. He couldn't have threatened QATAR if he had wanted to.

So, WHAT are we being "protected" against that our young citizens should die for?
