I guess the same reason people ask racial hating questions about police. You hate the police and believe all the bogus stories your running partners tell you about cops.
To be honest, I never had to shoot anyone, and I had plenty of opportunities to do so, black, white and hispanic.
Cops really don't want to kill people, but the hatred you try to inspire does kill. Perpetuating racial and political stereotypes does no one any good, and your question shows how you really feel. It would be like a KKK guy asking why black people kill white women or some nonsense like that.

At age 44, I was falsely arrested. I am an Irish-American woman and in spite of being completely compliant, I was still brutalized by a white female cop, and then by a white male cop.
I think, statistically, blacks and Latinos just get into more trouble. More of them are in gangs than whites.
Police brutality, in my opinion, just depends on how much of a jerk that particular cop wants to be in any given situation.
My brother is a retired cop and he did not discriminate with his power trip and brutality.

Does Racism affect police brutality? The answer to that question is yes! Historically, Black and Latino citizens have been the target of hate crimes, false arrests, and “accidental” homicides stemming from racial profiling. The problem is that there is no retaliation for the “bad cops” that have done such horrible things. In New York City from 1977 to 1998 there has only been one cop convicted of any crime. Coincidently, along with Los Angeles, New York has one of the highest rates of police brutality in the nation. So what is the problem? There is not enough restrictions on the people who are accepted to be a police officer or their power by the federal government. On April 28, 1997 the Supreme Court ruled that that a police department that knowingly hires an officer with a record of assault can not be liable if that officer injures civilians. In a report of 83 incidents, “Only 21 percent of the officers involved … were disciplined, only three officers (or 6 percent) were terminated. Forty-two percent of the officers named in lawsuits had been promoted as of 1991 and 84 percent received positive overall ratings in performance evaluations.
Even if the brutality is not by physical force, it can still be verbally abusive. In an extremely popular case, The OJ Simpson trial of 1995, the cop arresting him used the word “******” 41 times. He also confessed to beating African Americans and framing them and bragged about never being prosecuted. When brought under review three years later, the prosecutors decided that his five year statute of limitations was up so he could not be prosecuted. He received no repercussions.

The ones that are killed probably have a severe hearing problem or just have this knack for not following orders given by authority figures. You think?
I am sure they are all choir boys and their momma will confirm for us what a good boy her son was (of course, ignoring any previous criminal record, in most cases)

I do not understand this question, are they running from the
police at the time, if you are running away then maybe you
have committed a crime, it does not matter what colour you
are, who are these people, were they wanted by them for
something else, this is a dangerous question, turn it the
other way around......How many Police officers are killed
in the line of duty....Colour has nothing to do with it............
