Saddam was tried by an Iraqi court by Iraqi judges and Iraqi lawyers.
Saddam killed other Iraqi citizens for 40 years and was exterminated by Iraqi citizens.
If the Israelis want to try Sharon then they are free to do so.
Its a silly question born out of misplaced rage and outdated beliefs... you obviously feel Saddam got a bum deal. I personally think the 180,000 Kurds he exterminated deserved better.... you obviously don't care about how many people Saddam killed.
