I would not omit anything from your immigration application.

If you do, and they find out later, they can deport you using that information as not being compliant.

Be honest. Put down all marriages, and under date of divorce or separation, change it to "anulled" and put the date. If they do not need that information, they will not include it in the computer copy, but you are covered and were honest and that will only benefit your case.

My marriage was annulled too but in my case, I opted to be single for awhile. Yes, I believe you have to inform the immigration all of your past marriages. Just specify there that you marriage was annulled, then attach with it the decision paper ( or annulment paper). Otherwise, if you don't it will be find out ...and then your case will be dismissed or denied. Log on to homeland security/emigration policies.

I would still let them know, and especially about the annulment. Always be honest.

Yes........When filling in any official forms you should be open and honest. The people who make the decisions after reading your completed forms are not fools and the decisions they make are in your best interests.

You just answered your own question. Report all previous marriages. "Voided marriage" but it was a marriage but then you voided it.
