can i just pay the fine? or i have to go to court for this? or i have to get a waiver in order to stay out of court?

I never heard of having to go to court for a parking ticket. You cancall if there is a number on the the ticket just to make sure. Or call your local courthouse. I'm sure you just have to pay the fine. The court time is probably if you want to plead "innocent" and try to get out of the ticket.

Depends on where you live. Just call the courthouse and ask to speak with a Magistrate about a parking ticket. Ask them if you can just pay, or if you have to show up. I figure if you have to go to court, there may be some additional court costs.

I think the court option is for you to pursue in case you want to dispute the ticket. It happens. Some people will insist that they never should have been ticketed in the first place.

If you want to dispute it, go to that particular court. There you will meet the officer who handed you the ticket ( if he shows up) and other people that day who the same officer has handed tickets to , and are also disputing the ticket.

I th ink, but might be mistaken, that all you have to do is mail in the form with the fee payment (cashiers check or money order is preferable to them).. The court date is set in case you want to protest the ticket, you can possibly talk your way out of it to the judge (which they wont listen, haha) but you have that right.. otherwise by just signing and sending in the payment, you have in essense admitted guilt.. it will be paid, but in your record that you have had a prior traffic ticket...
