Dear:Schroer,

I am Barrister Mudia Benson,a Solicitor, I am the Personal attorney to one Engr.Jim Schroer,a national of your country,who used to work with Mobile Oil Company Plc here in Nigeria.On the 21st of April 2001,my client, his wife and the three children were involved in a car accident Along Ora/Lagos Express Road.

Unfortunately they all lost their lives in the event of the accident,since then I have made several inquiries to their Embassy to locate any of my clients extended relatives, this Has also proved unsuccessful. Consequently, The bank issued me a notice to provide The next of kin or have the account confiscated within The next ten official working days. Since I have been Unsuccessful in locating the relatives for over 4 years now, I seek your consent to present you as the next of kin of the deceased, regardless of your country, with your name/address, some vitals will be obtained on your favor which will back you as the next of kin the deceased.

The proceeds of this account valued at US$6.5 Million dollars can be paid to you and then you and me can share the money 60% to me and 30% to you, while 10% should be for expenses or tax as your government may require.I have all necessary legal documents that can be used to back up any claim we may make.All I require is your honest cooperation to enable us see this deal through.

I guarantee that this will be executed under a legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any breach of the law.

I have a huge problem and I have no idea about what to do... My fiance and I are supposed to leave on Monday to go down to Florida and look for a house. My fiance has been in trouble with the law in his past and it has sort of caught up with him. He is helping out the cops and doing some things to work off his sentence. This was suppposed to make it to he was able to leave the state with misdemeanor probation. Now everything is getting messed up. His lawyer is saying he shouldnt go to Florida and hinting that we may have to wait almost a year until the paper work is done and we get a court date. How are we gunna get on with our lives and begin this future when all this is going on? Both of our lives are in danger by staying where we are now but if we cant leave what do we do??

Nobody denies the devastation that has been caused by the war in Iraq, despite our good intentions. As U.S. troops remain in Iraq, human costs continue to increase. Thousands of parents, children, siblings, and friends have risked and lost their lives while fighting for the United States. Each time a life is lost in the war, families are being broken. When the war ends, the deaths will stop. In the long run, though, the loss of a loved one will stay with the heartbroken families for the rest of their lives. U.S. citizens are not the only ones impacted by the war casualties, but Iraqi people suffer for the same reason. Unfortunately, innocent bystanders in Iraq have been killed as a result of the war. It is unfair that Iraqis have to live in the midst of a raging war. The sooner the United States military leaves Iraq, the more lives will be preserved.

Why is it that people seem to think that only the Reps are rich. Do people not realize that most politicians from any party are rich. And do you think they are going to do things that will make things harder for them. I know a mexican who's driver's license will be expires soon. That person is not an U.S. citizen yet and said that he can not renew his license. That person had a child with an U.S. citizen just recently and wants to know if they can become legal in the United States. That person did not marry the U.S. citizen and doesn't plan to. Can they become a U.S. citizen by having a child with a citizen ?

I have heard all about cutting funding and cutting and running out of Iraq. These are not strategies to win, but to quit. I want specifics. The President's plan in Iraq has been to teach the Iraqi people to defend themselves, not to have complete peace. We are there now to help the Iraqi people to defend themselves. i know many say that affirmative action is to "level" the playing feild...but in simple terms its lawful discrimination against white people...the laws that have been past not only affect me and my children but generations of white people to come...i think laws to help level the playing field should be based on finacial need and performance of duties...and NOT the color of your skin...what made me sick sometimes is where i worked we had a "token" minority...they weren't able to do the job but we needed to have someone of "color" to be fair...so that person would get away with alot at work, bad attitude, late many times, lazy, etc...but if anyone else did the same they would get in trouble...
