Clinton may have had a problem with the zip on his trousers, but in foreign affairs he was much more sensitive and informed than your current 'bomb the Bast**ds Bush' is, who seem hell bent on pulling the US into a religious war - on the side of the Christians...

Bill Clinton had some morals, which prevented him from openly invading another country. George W, likes to proclaim his cristianity, but is wholy without any moral fibre at all.

Are you forgetting that Clinton did, several times, do things like this.

This is the way it works.....

Generals get information and formulate a plan. They bring the plan to the President, whomever he or she may be. The President decides if it is something to act on, and makes a decision. The orders are executed.

Its easy to claim that somebody would have done something. Proving it is, however, impossible. Clinton isn't the president anymore, so it isn't his decision.
