Would Saddam Hussein have felt nervous or worried or sick at his impending humiliating execution in the 24 hours leading up to his death? Or would he have been relieved that the misery of his incarceration was over? What do you think?

If for some reason, Bush and Chinney are dead, would Nancy Pelosi make herself as President of US??

I heard speaker of the house would take over if VP can't be a backup of President. is that true?

Now I'm not bashing anyone here. Can you tell me why you still approve of the Bush Administration and please back it up with some facts and reason.

There are many reasons why I and most of America don't support the Administration.

I would figure that just by the facts of this false war and that he authorized the violation of your 4th amendment rights through your phone lines would anger you. But why did it not anger you?

Lobbying is basically freedom of speech. My friend says it is bad but how so? If you could tell me and list a source that would be great. Thanks /\/\

I have been shocked at the rate of arrests in America, for crimes against Children. While being shocked I examine Legal Text, and found unbelievable cases, for convictions. (1) someone Waves at a Child and now has to register for life as a Sex Offender, Why ? (2) Someone touched the hair of a Child, ( patting a Kid on the Head is a Crime) and is now a Registered Sex Offender. Behavior which would normally be deemed as innocent is being interpretted and rationalized as criminal, Why ? I see and have had Sexual Abuse done to Me as a Child and it was a Woman, a Family Member, but when We as American's rationalize, and scrutinize only one Group (Men) it is infact practicing "Discrimination", Why ? Men, may in all reality be the vicious creatures this one Group, of Persecutor's wish to portray us, but why, ?. are the officials not allowing us all to "Know", and "Understand" what is to be accepted, and what will not.

I'm sending a package to an american friend. the package contains a few explicit items(nothing illegal) but they will be packed as a private package. My question is what Items are likely to get searched or withheld if the package is scanned.
what categories of items are withheld for search during entry in the us. Any help would be much appreciated specially from any US customs people. I'd like to be sure before I send out my package

Nancy is a pure politician and will get bogged down in the political mire that exists in DC these days. Do you really think she will get any of her agenda passed through the Congress?

Bush signed orders allowing the opening of mail without warrants -

Warrantless wiretapping

Suspension of habeas corpus for those deemed as enemy combatants (a very vague term)

Alleged torture (what constitutes torture here, I'll leave to you)

I'm sure there's more that I've forgotten.

My question is, at what point does the American public (or government) put their feet down and declare that their will not be any more repeals of freedom? How much of this (all, nothing, somewhere in between) is necessary for protection from terrorism?

Me and my friend made a bet and drew up a rough contract, my friend bet that if he could crack my ebay account password and if he did i would have to buy him an HDMI cable for his new PS3 which he hadent yet purchased and if he cant crack it by they time he buys a PS3 i get a Component Video cable for my yet unpurchased Wii. No here is the problem, in the contract it says that: David must crack password by the time he buys a PS3. He got the PS3 today but gave the money to his sister who made the actuall purchase, he now cliams that the bet is still on and he owes me nothing because he did not purchase a PS3 his sister did he just recived it from her even though it was his money. What do you think? Did he still "buy" a PS3? Do I win? If a lawyer could give their insight it would be really helpful.

I've never allowed my primaries to sign for their dependents unless they are small children. My co-workers tell me that it is fine for it to happen (ie. on the DS-2019s). Does this cause any problems at Port of Entries or visa interviews?
