I was looking at my boyfriend's traffic ticket online, and under status it says "Officer for PCA"
Does anyone know what that means?

What does it matter what state I'm in? Does the meaning of PCA change between Pennsylvania and California, or what?

It's Texas, anyway.

Yes, the meaning of abbreviations can vary from state to state, or simply be unknown. The term "PCA" in relationship to a traffic ticket is unknown in California. I can only guess that it might have something to do with a showing of Probable Cause for the Arrest, but you really need to get an answer from somebody who knows Texas law and procedure.
