Can I take a 3 week course at New York University in the summer if I'm a Canadian citizen?
The school does not offer visa's and they state: "NYU does not issue I-20 forms or student visas in the summer since summer session courses do not constitute a full course of study. Therefore, you must already hold or be able to acquire a visa that will allow you to take courses in the United States."

My question is, as a Canadian, since I will be in New York only for 21 days, will I be allowed to cross the border and take this class?

Would the media just want to see Washington's teeth & not hear
what he has to say?
Would they brow-beat Jefferson about the slaves?
Would they try to find out all of Franklin's girlfriends, instead of
congratulating him for discovering eletricity & other inventions?

I mean in the way they use words:
they call a fine: "bail"
if they are talking about denying you at the border they say you will be "extradited" and if you show up and check in when agreed, they say you were "deported"

does lack of respect for language flow from their lack of respect for the law?

Most dogs that were supposed to be banned under this act are still killing people because the Act lacked definition and was open to debate. Why not put pictures of the dangerious hybrids on show so there is no room for debate. These dogs can then be spotted walking down the rd and picked up and hanged?

We purchased a home in costal MS through a reputable realtor. Our realtor did a close inspection of the property and seen no major defects. Due to the lack of home inspectors and the length of time involved to have one come out we opted not to have one done since our mortgage would time out first.

Here are the issues we have found :
-vents in the LR, DR & kitchen are not connected to heat & A/C
-Bathroom floods badly
-heat pump is supposed to be 8 months old and is much older and need new blower motor

Cost of all repairs is almost $13,000 (2 bids) the BR being the worst the slab need elevated or the yard needs completely re-graded.

Disclosure mentioned none of these says no defects AC new all SQ footage is heat & cooled. The sellers daughter was at closing & later mentioned the BR flooding then called us and mentioned it again. They need us to sign FEMA papers for them and we have refused until this is resloved.

We have tried to resolve this nicely and they refuse.

Hi everyone. My fiancé is an I-94W visa holder and I am a US citizen. His visa expires in the middle of next month and we are getting married. Can anyone give us a brief rundown of the necessary steps, forms, etc. to get married and change his status to resident? I wanted to hire an attorney to help us with this, but they all seem to be very expensive here in New York ($3000ish for attorney fees plus $900 for USCIS filing fees).

Thanks!

A Boeing 757 has a 124ft wingspan, is 155ft long and 44ft high and the nose itself is 20ft high. It has two engines, both 12ft long and 9ft in diametre. The hole in the Pentagon just befor that section of it collapsed 20 minutes later was less than 20ft in diametre, not even big enough to accomodate the nose, so there should be a boeing 757 outside then? yes? no... there was no irrufutable trace of Flight 77 either outside or inside the Pentagon. There was no wreckage of any airliner found inside or outside the Pentagon, no nose, no fuselage, no wings, no tail, no landing gear, no seats, Nothing. It begs the question, why is the damage to the Pentagon totally inconsistent with a Boeing 757? Why did the FBI confiscate CCTV footage from a hotel opposite that section of the Pentagon that would have caught everything? Go on the website: hunt the boeing. Do your research. And if you still believe that a 757 crashed into the Pentagon than i can't help you.

I was at a new years party to celebrate the new year and I had a chance to make out and have sex with a girl, but I didn't jump on the opportunity because I was worried that I can be charged with rape. She was obviously drunk, but still coherent. I was also as drunk as she was. We talked and then I put my hand around her. Then we started to kiss. She tried to do more, but I didn't let her because I wasn't sure if something like could get me jail time.
Is it a Crime to have sex with a girl that has had to much to drink. How much does see have to drink in order to not be able to consent to having sex. What happens if both people are drunk.

I recently had a prescription filled at a local Walgreens where I live. I went on vacation out of state. I ordered refills for the same prescription to a local Walgreens where I was vacationing. The original prescription allowed for 3 refills. When I came back from vacation I wanted to get another refill from the Walgreens where I originally had it filled, however, I was told that one can not transfer the prescription 2 times as it was against the law and I would have to drive 700 miles to pick it up!

This seems strange and quite annoying. Is this accurate? Is this useful somehow?
