We, The US betrayed him. We were his ally against Iran, then we invaded him, and destroyed his country. He did nothing to us, and we illegally went into his country, and executed him. He kept the bastards over there under control. If they tried pulling off the crap they do today, he would have chopped their head off, and they would have deserved it. He kept order in a country divided. The people cheering on TV after his execution were all criminals who deserved to be persecuted the way they did. They tried to kill him, so they deserved punishment. If someone tried to kill me, and I was a ruler, I would personally find the one responsible and execute them, and their friends. A hand for a hand. Right? The US should keep their noses out of everything, and leave Iraq. I do not hate the US government, but Saddam was betrayed by them, and it was a big mistake.

Was Saddam's hanging too graphic, too macabre? Did Saddam deserve a peaceful, serene death?

I for one think it did the world good to see a brutal dictator put to death in the very same fashion he killed others for less cause.

So, those of you with delicate senses, what's your input? Was he deserving?

I have a friend who is 32 but looks like she’s 14. She has no law enforcement experience but has studied psychology and such and might be interested in helping police catch pedophiles by posing as an underage target.
Do police ever hire people to do this kind of work -- other than other law-enforcement officers?

My husband and I made an offer on a house about 2 weeks ago and found out today that meth was made on this property aproximately 50 times. There are 4 buildings including the house on 80 acres. The newspaper article said that the meth was made in a camper trailer behind a shed or near a shed. I also contacted the police drug investigator and confirmed the story was true. I really love the place and was wondering if it would be possible to live there without any effects? I was also told that it would be stated on the house title. Is this true in Wisconsin? Would we get our earnest money back since this wasn't enclosed when we originally made the offer and we had to find out on the internet? Thank you in advance for all of your help!

I do not know who told them they were. I worked for over 30 years and paid for my own, which is what everyone does. You should see what one woman wrote when I just asked a simple question on Yahoo answers, like if we were going to get our checks on the third since the post office has been closed for several days.check it out. You will see my explanation about why I was concerned about it,too. Also, a poor person like myself can not always ration the money because we have so many unforeseen circumstances coming up, like car trouble, appliances needing fixed, because we don't have newer cars and aplliances like everyone else. I did not understand why she was so ticked! So I went down to her level. I know I shouldn't have, but I put her down, and that is where she made a remark about helping with my medicine or check or something. Check it out, it is about motherhood, and not being the type to give her life so her kids could live, etc. So what would you like to say to people like that?

wouldn't they get arrested and convicted of driving under the influence of a controlled substance which most likely results in at least a month in jail. So why does it seem like Nicole Ritchie will get off with a 200 fine or something to that extent.

Why do the people who question the US always one way or another seem to get around to the "well if the US wasn't such a bully then 9/11 wouldn't have happened" argument. It's like they relish in the killing of innocent civilians. I've even seen a few smiling and laughing about it......and one was a police officer!!! Don't they realize that it's really cold and callous to take joy in others misery? What sort of response should I give to these people??? Have you ever experienced this?
