What crime would you charge him with? Be specific, along with the age of the victim.

I'm NOT a defender, I just want to know what you think the charge should be. He's skeevy, but I'm not prepared to say he's criminally skeevy until I know what the specific allegation is and what words were used.

I'll grant you that Foley may be a creep, but he did not break any laws. So, what would you charge him with?

I certainly hope so, but I doubt it, to me, if someone is in a position of power and they are sickos, they should be especially made an example of. Instead they just remove them from office, ohh big punishment.

He didn't break any laws unlike congressmen Barny frank who had sex with under age boys and ran a gay escort ring out of his apartment. Or congressmen Studds who had sex with a 15yr old. Neither of these men ever got in trouble because they are Democrat.

He has not broken the law of the state in which the "act" was commited.
