I'm talking about most american soldiers, honestly believing they go to war to protect their country and their loved ones, and most people they end up killing are in no way a threaten to them or their country, , so, is it justifiable?
and if you did, could you live with it? for me it would be hard.....

Now 1st & 4MOST.....this does not pertain 2me b4 any starts throwing stones, & this is a question 4those who have knowledge on the situation (in terms of the law n what not) so 4anyone who can offer insightful feedback please feel free 2 reply.... But the question is self explanatory. If some1's identity is used during a crime, how is that corrected, how is a warrant removed from the "innocent person" being portrayed thru the criminal. How is their identity protected, how is the legal side of it corrected, & how does the victim regain their innocence... all knowledge from both ends involving this situation is desired (both ends being the criminal as far as what steps 2 take in correcting it, & the victim, as far as redeeming their innocence)

Shouldn't they just stop doctors and hospitals to stop their over pricing of $400 visits for a cough?

Since when is it the governments problem if a natural disaster hits your town but you didn't get out when they told you to?
If you live below sea level your gonna get flooded, if you live in 'tornado alley' your house will be destroyed... your the dumb@$$ that lives there, the gov't didn't tell you to live there.

Since when is it the government's job to support people that don't work hard enough on their own to get hand outs from our taxes?
That they proceed to buy nikes or cars instead of food or birth control with.

When I was in high school I read from a text book that you MUST be born in the US in order to qualify for a position like that. I remember this clearly. How is it that he's immuned to this rule? I'm not trying to call out anyone, but it just seems very unfair. What's up with this? Am I missing something?

If a lacrosse player hits other player with the stick and as a result he loses both eyes, it was not intentional. What happens to the player who did the hit? Nothing happens?
What about if as a result he dies? What happens in that case?
In the eyes of the law, if something like that happens in home or on the streets, is it any different than if it happened in sports?
