In theory not at all. However, the USA is run by the Israeli lobby you won't go far in politics or the media.
We are called allies but Israel has not now or ever done anything for the USA. Of course when you point this out you are an anti-Semite or a Nazi.

Only Muslims seem to think that the U.S and Israel are joined at the hip.
If you are upset about the fact that Israel is the only ally the U.S has in the Arab world, just look at the 200 million Arabs in the Mid-East, and their 22 countries; yes they are oil rich and control the world's energy sources, but they are ant-America, as they repeatedly declare!!!

You are entitled to your opinion. I don't know why you would criticize Israel , as it has been proven time and again that Palestine doesn't want peace. I have never heard of an Israeli suicide bomber taking out of bus load of Palestinian children. I could be wrong - if someone would provide proof , I will admit my error.
Christians go to the holy land and travel freely while they are there so I don't see Israel having a problem with Christians.
As for it being a sin- that is between you and God. Jesus said to love. But Jesus also knew no man is prefect so he will forgive you ..............

This is a free country and you can criticize who you want. Too often in here and everywhere, any time someone says one critical thing about Israel, fifty people jump down their throats. if you criticize you are automatically branded anti Semitic. That's just dumb. If there is something I don't like about Israel, or any other country, I can say it. i notice Jewish people have no problem criticizing everyone else. Fair is fair.

America supports Isreal because it is the nation closest to the US in the Middle East (it is a democracy, which is a rarity when it comes to Middle Eastern nations)
America also supports Isreal because of the influence of the conservative right which says we must support Isreal because God tells us to and because it rightfully belongs to the Jewish ethnicity
you can criticize Isreal all you want and I don't think it affects your loyalty to the US, but most people in the US support Isreal except for the UN which is extremely anti-semitic

Not a crime or a sin that I know of, but as far as loyalty goes only you know if you're a loyal US Citizen or not. For the record though I totally disagree with your opinion.
