Well, of course they didn't like it.

An amusing statistic is that according to Harris polling, only 7% of of Republicans have seen it; and yet it seems that every one you speak to has an opinion on it.

I didn't watch the movie until "Farenhype 911" came out. I rented them both and watched them back to back. It is a sad state of affairs when people get their facts from movies like "Farenheit 911."

These are the same types of people that get their news from shows like the Daily Show. I actually like the Daily Show but it has a very blatant agenda - to sway the opinion of weak minded, impressionable people who don't bother with looking for the facts, much less agressive as Farenheit, but still just as damaging.

I think that Micheal Moore is as un-American as they come. He would commit treason if it would make him rich. He is probably one of the most self-serving people that I have ever heard of.

How about roaring laughter? It was the major party movie of the year, we laughed until we couldn't breathe. Dude, there were like 57 provable lies in that movie, several of the people that were shown are suing for slander and misrepresentation. How could we NOT re-elect the President if that was the best the Liberals could come up with?

It really doesn't much matter what a certain political party's response was. It was a movie. And it failed at the box office.
So, rather than ask what the Republican Party thought of it, ask what the ticket-buying public thought of it. Based on revenue, it was a major flop.

Read the review, and some of the plot. Moore is entitled to free speech, and if you want to use Moore's movie as the basis for your beliefs, that is your business.

Otherwise, no response. I do not need to see something I know is false. Moore is no researcher, he is a filmmaker.

Moore edited many of the people's statements so that they sounded bad... the man did nothing but speak ill of the dead and interrupt public officials trying to do their job.

I talked to someone involved in a prior Michael Moore 'Documentary' about the death penalty. After hearing what he had to say, I didn't bother watching Fahrenheit 911. (No '/' in the title)

That that movie was a steaming load. Like how that injured soldier sued Moore because he potrayed him as being anti war. As a soldier myself, that really offended me.

Oops - we didn't think anyone was paying attention. Damn I guess you people have too much time on your hands - quick raise the gas prices again so people will have to work more hours to make ends meet. You know its a sad day when I can't say "I love bush" anymore because people will get the wrong idea.

Anyone who would give this piece of crap fictitious movie any credibility should have their drivers license removed and not be allowed to handle heavy equipment.
