YES!
The Democrat Party should declare itself as "The Party of Treason".
It should disband.

i'm gonna go with no. i feel that any republicans i have tried to talk to do not accept and surpress my opinions--- but then again, since we both say that that could just be a testament to egotisical human nature or something. and although that is a lot of deaths from abortion, and i personally would not get an abortion, but about more programs to help families that may not be able to afford a child or live or harsh conditions and such?? i don't think abortion could be abolished unless the governemnt seriously thinks of other issues involved with more ppl in this country. and what about the republican party and the death penalty? ganted, those are far less numbers, but that system is so screwed up and pple are wrongly accused and get fair representation because of the way it's set up/society is, etc, etc. and what about the war in iraq?? that causes a lot of death of inncocent peoples on both sides of the situations if we're talking about "killing". again, i know it's not as much but those people when they die, can think and feel, and tehre are so many psychologially damged people as a result of that as well. both parties have there flaws and advantages if you really look deep and reflect about it, we shouldn't dismantle one just because of one thing...

To answer your question: No. Let's look at what your fine party has been up too (to let you know right off the top, I'm an independent, Not Dem or Rep) You have given us Tom Delay & Mark Foley. Nice start. You talk about killing unborn children, How can you be Pro-life & at the same time support the Decider-in-Chief about his illegal war in Iraq. People die in wars, why don't you care about them also? You also state "They also repress any opinion that is different than their own". OMG!! Any critic of Iraq or any Anti-Constitutition act that Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld tried to impose was called "Pro-Terrorist". You live in a cave, come out and smell the wind of change that's about to take place. Have a nice day.

The Democrat Party is the party of the Confederacy before and during the American Civil War. They instigated the American Civil War. They advocated “Jim Crow” laws during and after Reconstruction. The militant arm of the Democrat Party in the Southern States was the Ku Klux Klan like what the SA brown shirts and SS were to the Nazi Party. The Nazis themselves were an ultra-left wing party not right wing. However, everything changed for the Democrat Party after President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s “New Deal”, Truman’s integration of the US Armed Forces after the War, and President Lyndon B. Johnson during the Civil Rights Movement.

Apparently you've been out of reality for the past couple of months. f any party would be dismantled now, it would be the republican party. The rest of your post is complete BS. Unborn Children? what is the medical definition of a child? I'll tell you. Born. Anything before that is called a fetus- not protected by any law.
As for you're death toll, Republicans support killing living adults and children. in 3 years, that has done about half of your figure, (of that can be trusted, Which I don't' think it can) has indicated since 1972. So in short, a much higher death rate. sorry if I or any other American voter don't' buy that one...

neither is treason. under the U. S. shape, you're allowed to vote for everybody, communist, socialist, fascist or perhaps libertarian. Being communist or socialist does not characterize treasonous habit, nor does it characterize a criminal offense against humanity. added, if anybody person or team must be accused of treason and crimes against humanity, it stands out as the neocons, who lied to the yank human beings with a view to start an unlawful conflict in Iraq that have been given over 5,000 American service women and adult adult males human beings killed, alongside with yet another 2,seven hundred inner maximum contractors and God knows what number thousands of thousands of Iraqis. to no longer point out the Bush Neocon Cabal's sordid checklist of torture, it is a real crime against humanity and for which the Bush Cabal must be prosecuted on the Hague.

I think you are unduly harsh on dems, but i want to take this moment to say that I think both the dems and the GOP ought to be dismantled. they are bilateral totalitarianism. What is the point of two reigning parties that drown everyone else out and prevent us from having presidential candidates that arent part of either of those parties. Dismantle them both. That way we can get some more free thinkers and diversity in the congress and white house.

There's lots of Democrats who are opposed to abortion on demand, or as a form of birth control. On the other hand there are Republicans who are in favor of abortion in certain circumstances.
I completely agree that life begins at conception, and I would take on anyone, Democrats included, who argues that it doesn't.
But, I'm a Liberal. As much as I'm opposed to some Democratic ideas and values, I'm opposed far more regularly to Republican values.
As for dismantling the Democratic party... why would you want that? So you could be the western single party equivalent of the old USSR? A single party line with no challenges allowed?
Grow up, the lot of you!!

No way!!! Get your facts straight! I'm a staunch Democrat, but I don't go out looking for pregnant women to kill their unborn, I personally don't believe in abortion except under special circumstances.
Besides, look what the Republicans have done for us. You have no clue how many funerals with flag covered coffins I've been to since 2003, one just last week.
We live in a democracy, and my vote obviosly doesn't count, because we have an idiot in the White House that can't even answer simple questions without someone feeding him the answers through his earpiece. I will not repress any opinion that is different from my own, but I may chose to ignore the opinions of idiots and morons.

I don't think it should be dismantled but it does need to get back into the game. Going hard left is not going to help. It needs to drop the Clintons and have some reasonable voices be heard.
Not hating Christians would be a good start.

So why again didn't Bush make abortion illegal? The cons had the WH, house, senate and courts. Could it be that they don't think abortion of a fetus is murder. Sounds like it would be time to dismantle the republican party, wouldn't you say?
