I'm not talking about Saddam's execution, which I'm sure that you will agree that he deserved to be hanged. In my opinion, no one has a right to take away another person's life, whatever he has done. I do agree that a criminal, dictator need to be punished, but not by taking their lifes.

Death penalty doesn't prevent future murders. A person who lose his family member because they're killed, or raped, or bombed maybe wish that those who committed to the crime be killed. It's all about vengeance, but laws is not made by a vengeance.

Death penalty is fact a of "an eye for an eye" law. If Saddam was hanged because he is bastard, he killed his own people, then Bush should deserve the death penalty as well for at least, all the innocent women and children in Iraq and Afghanistan, in spite of the "democracy" that he gave to them, if you believe that democracy could be built in Irad and Afghanistan by an invasion and destruction.

That's what I think. What's your opinion?

How can Westerners help to bring about a peaceful solution, since we are the ones who determined the military policy and settlements, it is time we went beyond and helped these people on both sides by creating a peaceful solution to their problems.

What impact would that have on society as a whole? Who would suffer and how? Could you just sit back and watch people suffer because they are unwanted?

We named National Airport after him and 1000 other things. Surely there must be more we can do to honor the greatest leader humankind has ever known.

Maybe we can name ketchup after him, since that is what passed for a vegetable in school lunches when he was president? Or maybe we can call it "Reaganizing" to lie so you can do things your way and keep it a secret from the congress and the American people?

Maybe we can put his face on all the large denominations of our money, since he did so much to help the wealthy?

Surely there must be more ways we can honor this great man who single handedly saved the world when he knocked down the Berlin Wall with his enormous Republican c0Ck and crushed the entire Soviet Union with his giant testicles of Conservative Justice.

army life.......
1Spending 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year training for something that there is a 99.9% chance that we will never do.

2 WWWDWOA? (what would we do without acronyms?)

3 Taking simple daily tasks and breaking them down into nuclear physics before doing them.

4 Having to attend a brief prior to carrying out any task more complicated than picking my nose. Oh and don't miss that briefing to brief the upcoming briefing.

5 Being an adult and having somebody inspecting me everyday to make sure I put my clothes on properly, and put my shoes on the right feet

6 I love cleaning the same places over and over and over until either the paint comes off or my hands are bleeding

7 Can we be tested to make sure we are physically-fit every year only please make exceptions to this for enormously fat 30+ year old Senior NCO.

8 Why did our parents even bother giving us first names?

9 Having to wear a "cover" or hat, every time I want to go outside

I think the more you look at it, democracy is not too indifferent too the film 1984! Only the Nazis arn't in power!

I seem to be seeing a few things here with democracy!

1. Big Brother IS watching you!

2. Where is the FREEDOM of speech?

3. Also even though you guys might not admit it, but we are being designed slowly to conform! Do as I say... Not what you feel like doing!

4. FREEDOM... at an inflated price... here is your Tax bill for breathing our cr*p air quality!

I think you guys get the general idea...

Thanks... tell me your vision of Democracy?

Peace everyone! Happy New Year!

i am currently a wife of a united states enlisted security forces officer with the air force.
he abandoned me at a hospital four months pregnant, i have not seen him expect for chance meetings in public with his new live in girlfriend.
i have received no financial aid and need to know my rights. i have contacted the first shirt and base commander, nothing has been done. i know my rights and i know i am entitled to the difference between single pay and what he receives claiming us as dependants, but nothing is being done to uphold that.
does anyone know what steps i can take to make sure he provides for our son? he helped to make him after all.
he is using the money we could use on diapers and food to put rims and tires on his SVT focus. this guy is a dirt bag and needs to learn what responsibility is.

It is the Soldier not the Reporter who has given us the freedom of press.
It is the Soldier not the Poet who has given us freedom of speech.
It is the Soldier not the Organizer/Protester who has given us the freedom to demonstrate.
It is the Soldier not the Lawyer who has given us the right to a fair trial.
It is the Soldier who Salutes the flag, who serves under the flag, whose coffin is draped by the flag.

Why do the general public stand for the National flag being burned by demonstrators on our Capitals' street?

If the National flag is burned you are condoning the disrespect to that soldier who laid down his /her life so you could enjoy a more peaceful world.

My boyfriend got arrested for possession with intent to sell marijuana 2 days ago, and they also impounded his car. I was wondering if there are ways where I could help him get his car out from the impound? Because he is currently being held in LA County Jail right now, and the car is only under his name. Thanks in advance :)

should of been hanged for those murders but why wasn't he convicted of what I think would be a much more serious crime which was the posion gas attack on the Iraqi Kurds that killed a few thousand innocent men, women and children? Were they afraid that if they had gone to trail on the posion gas charges that the truth about how Saddam orginally got those posion gases would come up in a trial?

Mk so if you get signed off on the DEP Book before MEPS than you get to go into BT as E-2. Another thing you can do to gain rank is to get 2 people to enlist under your name, would make you E-2; or 4 people enlist under your name, would make you E-3.

My question is what if you did the DEP Book and got signed off on it, and then got 2 people to enlist under your name? Would you be E-2 or E-3? And if you got signed off on the DEP Book, and then got 4 people to enlist under your name would you be E-3 or E-4?

Arizona has a no coockfighting law to prevent the cruelty twards the roosters so how can killing what has been confiscated be any different? this law really p_sses me off! I know so many families that lost everything because of it,generations of families lived on the breeding of good fightingcocks! there is way more to it than throwing two roosters into a pit to fight.by nature roosters will fight and sometimes that fight can take a day or two to end without the blades so by putting blades on its overwith quickly and if the birds don't fight than thats that,no fight! yesturday cops busted a ranch took the 300 or more birds and now what do they do with them? kill them whats the difference?

Kevin Trudeau, author of Natural Cures They Don't Want You to Know About claims in his infomercial that curing cancer without chemotherapy is illegal and a doctor was jailed for doing so. This can not possibly true, can it? And even if it was, who would file the lawsuit? Obviously, not the patient. I know that he's a convicted felon and was in trouble for misleading customers and abusing their credit card information, resulting in a legal ruling that he can not make false claims in his infomercials. So, does this mean his claim about the doctor is not false?
