actually are. My concern is that at my age, that I couldn't complete both. I can run 2 miles in 20 minutes, do 35 push ups, and about 40 sit ups within the two minute time limit of the physical test.

I guess what concerns me the most is my back, and would like to know the duration of marches under what kind of equipment package people would typically carry. Right now I'm carrying a 60 lbs load for several miles, and wonder if that is sufficient to simulate the hardships of boot.

Seriously, get a job, or life. Do not call when you have a ridiculous problem like a barking dog so we can handle real crimes!

This question is definetly born out of the incident that happened today - Saddam's execution.

I was contemplating what the options were for a man as murderous as he was... Wouldn't a life sentence have been a more reasonable way to serve justice? It definely would have been an elongated the suffering of the criminal leader which seems more just than simply killing him; regardless of your religous intake on the situation - that perhaps he will pay the price in the end, or what not - it would seem more apporpriate that a life sentence would have done more justice?

Or should a murderer be killed, following through with the concept of "an eye for an eye"... ?

I don't know what you think, and that's why I am asking you for your opinion. Which, if you had the authority to choose, would you condem as a sentence for the Iraqi leader... a life sentece, or a death sentence (as has been the case...) and what would be the reasons for your choice?

Elaborate as to give a concise answer please.

My tenant feels endangered by someone she signed a lease with and wants us to change the locks. The police reminded us that we cannot legally change the locks without the consent of everyone on the lease. I need to know how to word and agreement the other leasee(sp) can sign to voluntarily remove himself from the lease. It must be legally binding and protect us from a lawsuit. Thank You!

I'm waiting on a package that is being sent from the U.S. to the U.K. It has already left from over there and checking on the Parcel force website it says status: advised. Does anyone know what that means? It left over there 8 days ago.

I have never understood the attitude of US citizens to immigration. A large chunk of Mexico was stolen by America and settled by illegal European immigrants, now Mexicans are denied the right to freely live in what was there own country, You are all familiar with the genocide committed against real (native) Americans. You all benefit from that bloodshed. At least those coming here now are not exterminating you and destroying your nation to build a new one. So what is your beef?
Please try and refrain from racist diatribe, how about some reasoned thought through answers for a change.

This is a two part question:

Have we ever tried to poll them? Maybe they have a do not call list, in which case polling may be difficult. But, assuming we get reliable data about those in support of the reconstruction, can we then assume the opposing percentage to represent the Iraq insurgency?

For the 3000 dead americans in IRAQ
For the debt, death and dishonor of starting another war
For the deaths of all the Iraqi women and children
or for killing Saddam...a tyrant that was once...our funded tyrant?

or for all the evil they cause as they abuse the flag and religion

I personally would feel better if an American was present during the hanging. I want to make sure the SOB is really dead and that "his" people somehow didn't get involved and got him out of the death that he deserves. Just wondered how others felt.

I wonder what your thoughts are around the execution of Saddam! I think we all can agree on what kind of person he was. What's interesting me here is how people feel and think about the future impact of the execution, and why it is that a "friend" of the US can turn into a "foe??"

I used to think stomping on ant hills was ok and fun. Now I look at myself in an ants shoes and see the grave mistake I made back then... How does a human find it to be acceptable to kill another human? What logic does a person use to justify this action? Shouldnt education of the other person be the goal before killing of that person?
