Because if they didn't complain then they would have to pay attention to something else.....like themselves. Remember, they want us to write tickets to all the speeders....unless it is them speeding. They want you to arrest drug dealers....unless they are in possession of "just a little marijuana" then they want you to look the other way.....and so on, and so on......

It's easier to blame the police than to take personal responsibility
for their own actions. The police are the bad guys because they arrested them for breaking the law.....Bad bad boys....
Give us a break. I'm sure there are officers out there who shouldn't be but by and by large, the police I know are very ethical people.
