If paying your fines/fees and getting your GED were all part of your Court order then yes your probation officer can file a Petition to Revoke your Probation. At that point the Court can extend your probation yet again until you finish your obligations or they may sentence you to serve jail time and still hold you to the same obligations. You are better off just doing what you were ordered to do in the first place.

Make an appointment to take your GED test, get it on paper. Then take that piece of paper to your PO with a solid reason for not having shown up on the 22nd. It would be a good idea to finish paying off most of those fines. Many PO's don't stand for even one violation.

You should hurry up and at least enroll in school so that if you go before the judge or before board, they can see that you're enrolled and they'll more than likely give you more time to finish and get it rather than put you back in jail. You can definately get violated for that if that was one of your conditions of probation. Most judges give you a chance if they see that you've been diligently paying your fines, and trying and making attempts to do things. If they see that you haven't been doing anything but you've had all the time in the world to do it, then that's when they come down hard on you.

Why in the world haven't you gotten the GED? Your PO can do anything he or she wants to do, including but not limited to sending you back to jail at any given time. You really should take that more seriously if you like your freedom.

GED is not usually a part of sentencing.. stay off the drugs, pay your fees, and walk freely amongst the streets of anywhere!!

It's past December 22, so it looks like you're screwed. That GED would have come in handy in helping you read calendar dates.

it both happens, if he violates you, that means a warrant is normally issued, and you are detained and go in front of the judge. Then the judge will determine what will happen after that.

Uhm, earn your GED. Can you at least do that? And there are many online college degree programs you should consider as well.
