I'm probably one of the few willing to serve jury duty and they have yet to pick me I get the notice and call the number when I'm supposed to and it says no you have not been picked. Yet some of my family has been picked and all 4 times their cases are postponed because a juror who was selected didn't show up or thought of a reason why they couldn't do it so an alternate had to be used. I've written to the courts and asked why can't someone who wants to serve actually serve and in 5 months have yet to get a response

minus the details. I was bron here in the u.s. But there no record of my birth nor here or in any country. What legal steps should I take? I went to school here and never left the states. With the whole ilegal immegrante thing going on I don't want to get in probloms, and be sent some where I wasn't even born in. Do you know of any web site with information?

Because they charged a portion of my trip to the other passenger in my party, we went in to correct the mistake. They confirmed that the charge was to go on my account, however they forgot to put it through. I paid for everything in March and went on the trip in May. Now I'm getting emails requesting the balance they forgot to charge. It seems a little strange, since if any other service forgot to charge you it would be their mistake. I'm a student and on a tight budget, so I just want to ensure they are not scamming me.

For those of you that do not know what is going on in Darfur, it is pure hell. 200,000 innocent ....INNOCENT women and children ....not men fighting in the war small children and women, have been murdered by a regime. Now president Bush has claimed we went into Iraq to free the people of saddam, great news i didnt like him either but if we did that why can't we do it here? Also over 2 million people have been taken from their homes and put into training camps to go adn kill more innocent children. The way it works there is like this
1. The enemy army comes in takes the children.
2. they train the children to kill and if they dont kill they kill you.
3. they make the kids watch other kids get torture to put hate into these kids.
4. they send the kids back to kill.
5. we do nothing......


maybe its time for a chance...or maybe im not seeing somthing....some1 help me out here am i missing somthing or am i right?

two days ago I requested a duplicate key for my locker room in my condo . I had lost the original. Sure...No problem said the Office girl and "complimentary'. I wait for the key. I again went to the office the next day...will call you whenit is ready. No call. When I went to the office to-day the key was ready and cost $2.00. I thought it was "complimentary. " NO said the Property Manager and no saif the office girl ..She NEVER SAID IT WAS COMPLIMENTARY. The Office Manager told me that it is impossible to give it to me for free. I said I would pay for it . He said he would let it go this time but it cannot be free.
I was getting mad. The girl said it was complimentary and then changed her comments. This is the second time she has done this to me. On another occassion she lost my cheque and tried to convince me that I had not even given her one. I dilike this behaviour. What can I say or do to prevent this from happening again???

Yeah Saddam did kill but he killed the ones who were causing problems to stablelize his country. Saddam had only one type of enemies back then and yes he tortured and killed them but now Bush is not only killing the lives of people who were good citizens when Saddam was alive but he also have to deal with the re-surgent Anti-Saddam people who were in check when Saddam was in control cuz they hate Americans even more. Don't you agree It takes someone like Saddam to run Iraq cuz that's the fanatic mentallity of middle east over there? Bushe's, the American Ideology doensn't work over there, open your eyes! Now that I made my points, Isn't it scary to know Bush is running America when he can't even run Iraq??!!

is it legal, if a school takes away your cell phone, that they can look through your text messages, and pictures, and get into your personal life?

is it legal, for a school to hold you after school hours? today i waited almost half an hour when someone informed me that unless i go in and get my brother he is not allowed to leave because everyone was in trouble for talking, oh and that was PE class. is that stupid or what. you are only not supposed to talk in classes where you need to hear the teacher or where silence is needed for studying.

My little bro and sis go to this extremely stupid private school because my mom is religious, but their policy is insane and makes no sense. Almost everyone working at that school is a power control freak!

And if they dont pray loud enough they get in trouble. Kinda defeats the purpose of religion where you are given a 'choice' doesnt it?

Any help on state or local student rights for Stockton California would be very much appreciated. :)

Time ago I visited the cemetery of my grandmother's village ( Rosegaferro fraction of Villafranca, Verona , Italy ), and on the grave of 2 of my relatives i noticed a Raf medal, I don't remember exactly the name of the medal, but I argued that they must had hidden a RAF shot down pilot(s) in their farm. ( something like Royal Air Force pilots recovery service or so...)
I would like to know more about this, who was the pilot(s), what airplane he piloted, when he was shut down, if he managed to return home safe....

We went to one of our kid's fraternity induction.
The speaker was a Prof. who studied the mating habits of a certain kind of fish.
He travelled ALL OVER THE WORLD studying this fish in a bunch of different rivers - ALL ON YOUR TAX DOLLAR and took a dozen students with him.

His conslusion - after years of study - fish of the same size on this species like to mate together.
They do not mate with smaller or larger fish than them. They try to find the same size.

(C.R.A.P. for short) they tell you well why don't you go to Iraq then....
1st of all no American should even be in Iraq. We have no business there. War profiteers have sent our troops there. THEY should be the ones sent to Iraq with rifle in hand to experience 1st hand the mess they created. Bring those who are so blind to see and automatically agree with it with their Gods, Guns and Nascar belief in symbols ( the flag), title ( the president) so they can see what hollow support of greedy business men ( the current government C.R.A.P. leaders ) will cause.
Normal ( REAL ) Americans like myself have no need to go there. We protest the presence of America there. Thers no need for us to go stand in the way of a bullet for illegal and bullshit reasons like the thousands of current enlisted men and women were railroaded into doing by smooth talking business agents of the C.R.A.P. ( Military recruiters)
