Because they charged a portion of my trip to the other passenger in my party, we went in to correct the mistake. They confirmed that the charge was to go on my account, however they forgot to put it through. I paid for everything in March and went on the trip in May. Now I'm getting emails requesting the balance they forgot to charge. It seems a little strange, since if any other service forgot to charge you it would be their mistake. I'm a student and on a tight budget, so I just want to ensure they are not scamming me.

Character is what you do when no one is looking, show some and pay up for services you used.

How could they be scamming you for something that you received? You went in and told them ,confirmed the charges, went on the trip, and you want to know if they are scamming you? That is rediculous, You knew that you had been undercharged and instead of being honest about it, you hoped they would ignore the fact that there was still money owing. You owe it,Pay it.......Your budget wasn't so tight to prevent you from taking the trip in the first place. Jeez.....

You need to do what is right, you took the trip now pay for it, how would you feel if the roles were reversed and you were owed the money and they would not pay, its called being ethical and honest.

I would think it if you do not have in writing "paid in full", then they can still collect.
