Pelosi wants to create a panel to investigate who the CIA is watching and how much money they are spending. Hello! people this thinking led to Clinton making huge cut's in the CIA which we found out what the ulimate results were (Terrorist). Why doesn't the Dem's focus on Dafur,Mid-East, N. Korea, Iran and get off the CIA's back? Are they worried that they are being watched?They're always crying about a recount during the elections costing tax payers millions. ""But hey we all love Democrats" Is that why they want to create this committee to watch the CIA? They want to be-little the CIA, and continue to tell America we are not going to win the war on terror. I don't get the people who put the Dem's in office, and I'm an Independent. And for all the Dem's. What's this Great plan of theirs that they are supposed to save America Huh? I'm waiting....ummm. or is developing the committee to be the watchdog of the CIA their 1st step to saving America? What a Joke the Dem's are to date.

ok..heres the story. i have a friend that signs check to pay of his bills.. MOST! of his check is insufficient funds, i think he was trying to buy some time.. i am worry. i was wondering if he will get arrested if he keeps on signing checks that are insufficient funds..?

Is there anything I can do?? My lawyer asked for a certain amount b4 totaling up all of my expenses such as medical / dr. visits, and now the monies left is barely anything certainly not worth my pain from auto accident w/ perm. injuries i am supposed to sign the papers tomorrow but she is sending them to me in the mail she is about 45 min. away from me does this seem right? ehat can I do this is so unfair.

I have just read an extensive blog by one of our young men serving in Iraq. It gave me much more insite as to why we are there then what we hear from Bush or the News. I am curious on others views. I ask this question because... I was pulled over for going 40 in a 25. Based on the cross streets the officer wrote on my ticket, by the time he pulled me over, I was more than 3/4 of a mile away from where he clocked me, and I was more than 1/4 of a mile into a 40. It was dark and rainy, so I know I saw the lights the instant they went on. I live in Ohio. Thanks!

Just war was founded on Thomas's Natural law, and in natural law, it also states that if one side fails to adhere to the laws, the other can break the laws in order to succeed. So this is the largest problem I see with the war over in Iraq is that we are fighting a PC war, and since we are, we technically are not living up to just war standards in any way. So could someone explain to me why the US is being ridiculed for breaking a rule of war that the other side has broken, and broken many more?
