We The People......hmmm..now where have I seen this before? Constitution maybe? Part of our Government! We the People...has a certain ring to it..doesn't it!? Our Forefathers wrote this Constitution so We the People could have a better life in America. This was our Government. Somebody that We as the People could trust instead of being ruled by the British..The Queen and her rules. Now it has completely changed as far as I see it. Do you trust our Government? I don't. Should we be afraid of our Government?...Yes..I think we should be with all the dishonesty and corruption that's going on now at the capitol and Congress not to mention the White House.Tapping's on phones..conspiracy....not too mention other things that go on..the "unmentionables" list. Now we have different branches such as the FBI, the CIA etc....Homeland Security...I realize that our Government is suppose to be the 'Good Guys" but when you hear all of these issues going on in our Government officials and offices on the news it makes one think. So yes i feel that one should be afraid of our Government because you don't know what they are capable of doing and showing alittle respect doesn't hurt either.

These days the government should be afraid of the people.
Patriotism for the past 10 years has been at a new low.
Loyalty to country & president has been unheard of since Jimmy Carter. I think some in our country really believe Sadam was better for Iraq even though he was a tyrant & mass murderer. It is sad & I long for the days when Americans proudly stood for an athem & supported our troops through good times & bad times.
Oh well! Those days are gone & will only return with direct attack of US - fear bonds people & teaches the youth what a glorious country we live in.

Respect is the answer as we are all humans to consider but the Government is just a government without its occupants who are servant of the people's will.

i think ppl really don't care about their government and find that ignorance is really bliss....although the government is obviously fearful of us because if we were to have an ideal democracy, the corruption going on wouldn't exist ppl would have their rights and the "freedom".....i don't understand why the US invades others countries in name of liberation and democracy when there are so many ppl here in the US who are being treated like 3rd class citizens....I don;t think white ppl have overcome the slavery mentality.....
