My parents are Republicans. I grew up as a strong Democrat, but finally became more educated and realized my true stances were in the Republican ideology. In this way, I am the same as my parents

I don't have the exact political view of my parents. However, they are Democrats and like the Kennedys but they're not liberals. They're more like a moderate to conservative Democrat. I'm a moderate Democrat. So in that way, we belong in the same party as most of my family members do.

No my parents were both Democrats and i am a Republican, the biggest difference is i vote for the person i feel is best Qualified regardless of their party affiliation and they voted straight Democratic ticket!22

Sort of. They were extreem conservative which at that time I guess was more Democrat and I'm not. I'm more liberal in some instances and not in others. My parents had their opinions but never discussed how they voted. They considered that a personal matter and encouraged us to think on our own. They voted party lines and I vote on an individual basis. So I'm a registered undecided or independant.

My parents where democrats, so when i turned 18 I registered as a liberal voter, then I got Jimmie Carter, So I voted for Reagan, Then I voted for Clinton, I lived in California and saw the Democrats slowly take away my guns. I am not a convict and I am an American. So the liberal Gun control asses left me behind, So now I have not voted for a democrat in 8 years.

Well, for a while there we weren't, I was Democratic they were Republicans. Now, they're leaning more Democrat. We still have different views on some issues but not many.

I agree with my parents on many political issues, but not all of them. My parents are conservatives. I am moderately conservative.

Mom = Dubya religious right type of con
Me = Liberal views yet registered non-partisan.
So, to answer your question no my parents and I dont share the same religious views.
