I know the answers would probably be get a job you bum, but i just came out of a job by choice, and im using this valuable time to think of the future. Some people just get used to a job and they end up working ther forever. I didint want that, so i quit i needed time to think, Am i smart for doing this or am i a bum?

This is the end result of an investigation into allegations of identity theft. The meat packing plants are in 6 different states. The relatives of some of the illegals in custody are protesting outside the facilities; saying that it is unfair that the arrests were made right before Christmas. Do you think it is unfair?

I'd like to become a King or Emporer, and since I have no royal blood anywhere in my family, I figure I would do it the old tried and tested way--invade a country or small kingdom and install myself as King. Its worked for centuries. I need a country with little or no Army and a gullible population just waiting for a charismatic monarch. I feel I have a lot to offer, but I don't want to bother with the democratic process and voting etc. That's so yesterday. Monarchies and Kingdoms are coming back baby, and I want to be on the cutting edge.

I got my greencard 4.5 years ago and I am completing the 5 Year requirement in 6 months in order to be able to apply for the citizenship.And I know I have to be in US during that period
I am told that the procedure takes 9 months to get the citizenship.My question is Do I have to be in US during the application?Thanks

If you and your spouse BOTH work for the same company and you are injured on the job isnt it wrongful termination if they fire your spouse for NO reason the day after u get hurt? I might be wrong, but I was under the assumption that tax on tax is illegal in this country. According to the Board of Equalization, it's not. Right now, in California, for each gallon of gas, there's 18 cents state tax, and 18 cents Federal tax included. On top of that, the state charges the regular sales tax of 8.25%. I was told this tax is charged after the state and federal taxes. So, if gas costs $1/gallon, then we're paying 8.25% on $1.36, not $1. Does this sound wrong to anyone else? If not, can someone explain why it's not?
