A garda ask me to pull over and i didnt ...i'm goin to court what can they do to me?

I was going to give a lift to my girlfried and it was late the light was green and the garda was tallkin to the driver that was in front of me,I tried to pass.the car..and the garda ask me to pull over and i didn,t............after a week the same garda stop me .........

Ask the court why you were pulled over? Was it a taillight? Headlight? Careless driving? Police need Probable Cause to pull you over. If they had probable cause to pull you over and did not document it, tell the court.
