I am in the National guard now. 3 years from now I am going to graduate from ROTC. Then I will have 3 more years (active) and then 2 inactive to serve with the National Guards.

After I get comissioned at a 2LT, do I need to serve any additional years for ROTC, or can I just finish up my original contract and be done?

was in a car accident it was the other persons fault and i had back injuries due to this. In medical bills the amount was $13,200. The car was fixed by insurance already because it was a loaner and i didn't miss work because i was umemployeed at that time. well they mad me a offer of $18,000. So 13,200 goes to bills and the rest to me. Is that a good offer or should i try for more. i was emotionally torn apart from this and scared to drive and i still am shaken up by this. so what do ya'll think? I need help.

My husband just went through a surgery that was supposed to be for Alser (the doctory saw in CAT scan). but nothing was there so they took out some dead tissues, kept him open for few days and said. "Oh we believe it was pancriatitus". and now he has to stay home for another 3 weeks.
Does some one know a good medical lawyer that i can use in NJ? i dont think the surgery was necessary and they did it about just 5 hours after he went to emergency dept.

Can one file bankruptcy on child support arrearages? Also, it has been proven that the original arrearage was $75.00 then a month later it went to 1k then 3 k 2 months later and now it is over 44k in arrearages. Any suggestions out there? Time was served for 39 days because of child support. Can one be charged again for the same thing? Can they garnish wages for child support arrearages? Can they take tax refunds legally?

Without going into too much detail, my co-workers and I have reason to believe our employer put a microphone in the employee bathroom/locker room, presumably to monitor us because they never go in there and/or to catch us breaking rules, etc. I know it's illegal to have a camera in a bathroom, but could someone tell me if eavesdropping on employees in the bathroom in a concealed fashion is legal?

My sister is serving in Iraq and I want to send a care package. I have never served and so I thought maybe someone who has (or who has a loved one who has) might know what servicemen and women have a hard time getting or what they like to receive to give them a little piece of home.

I paid my lawyer $1000.00 but i didn't go thru with the divorce. The only things the lawyer did was file the complaint with the court,(160.00), and write up the complaint., 3 pages. My husband was never served . The lawyer told me that he did what he was supposed to and I don't get any refund. I only spoke to the man twice. Once at the consultation, and then to sign the divorce complaint.

"Only The Board of Trustees of The City University of New York may designate or name College and University facilities," Goldstein wrote to City College President Gregory H. Williams.

The Guillermo Morales/Assata Shakur Community Center on the third floor of CCNY's North Academic Center was named in 1989 for Shakur, convicted in the 1973 murder of New Jersey State Trooper Werner Foerster, and Morales, a former member of FALN, which is a Puerto Rican liberation group that claimed responsibility for a rash of bombings in New York in the mid-1970s.

The center is shared by the Student Liberation Action Movement and Students for Educational Rights — groups with approximately 45 members total, said Mary Lou Edmondson, spokeswoman for the college.

The United Federation of Students, Union de Jovenes Dominicanos, The Messenger, The Pre-University Program, CCNY Coalition Against the War and CUNY for All! are also listed as sharing the space, according to a sign on the door emblazoned with a painted fist.

"We would like to close by saying that the American people have a right and a duty to find out the facts about this situation for themselves before they judge it," the student statement said. "And Assata, we love you."

In 2005, the FBI named Shakur, whose real name is Joanne Deborah Chesimard, to its list of most wanted domestic terrorists, placing a $1 million bounty on her head.

In 1977, Shakur was convicted of Foerster's murder during a routine traffic stop. Shakur had been a member of the Black Liberation Army and was wanted in connection with several felonies, including bank robbery, the FBI said.

She skipped out on the life sentence, escaping from prison in Clinton, N.J., on Nov. 2, 1979. She's now believed to be living in Cuba.

A City College student wrote a letter to the Daily News about the naming of the community center, prompting the paper to report Monday that police groups have been angered the school allowed the room to be named for a convicted cop killer.

"We use tax dollars to support an institution that indemnifies a cold-blooded terrorist?" Dave Jones, president of the New Jersey State Troopers Fraternal Association, told the Daily News.

"She's a cowardly, cold-blooded convicted murderer who's part of a murdering sect," he told the newspaper. "She's no different from those people who flew those planes into those towers and destroyed all those innocent lives."

On her Web site, http://www.assatashakur.org/, Shakur says she is innocent.

"I have been a political activist most of my life, and although the U.S. government has done everything in its power to criminalize me, I am not a criminal, nor have I ever been one," she said.

Shakur, who is the godmother of slain hip-hop artist Tupac Shakur, has been heralded as a hero among the hip-hop community and political activist groups and reviled as a villain by police organizations.

Morales is also exiled in Cuba.

Students questioned on the City College campus by FOXNews.com Tuesday hadn't heard about the flap.

"If you look at it at face value and think about what she did, it might seem wrong, but I think you really have to, like, look beyond the whole thing with the cops to really understand, like, where she's coming from," said Orlando Ayala, a 24-year-old senior.

Sophomore Carlos Badilla, 20, of the Bronx, wanted to know why the center was named after Shakur.

"If it had nothing to do with killing the cop, it's alright," he said. "You have to think why she did it, cause cops are known to mess with some people, you know. If she had a reason to do it then I have no problem with it."

But senior Diana Perez, 27, disagreed.

"I don't see why they would name it after a woman like that," she said. "I don't know their reasons behind it, but I don't think it's a good idea."

are sexual predators.
Pedophilia is prepubescent, meaning usually younger than the age of puberty (around 12-14).

They both are gross and losers, but try using the correct words.

Pedophilia, paedophilia or pædophilia is the paraphilia of being sexually attracted primarily or exclusively to prepubescent or peripubescent children. People with this attraction are called pedophiles.

I will probably get thumbs down, but I have to make this distinction.

Everywhere I go it's Happy Holidays and Seasons Greeting..What about Merry Christmas. Why do people take Christ out of Christmas? And don't you dare say it's because of our "multiculturalism" That, to me, is 100% bull$hit! Other countries are proud of their heritage, they do not bend down for the minorities and change their traditions. Why do we feel the need to change our traditions to appease the minorities who we have graciously taken in. Is taking them in not enough?? Then they demand we change our traditions to make them happy. This has gone on for too long. If a person comes to this country they should RESPECT out traditions, not try to CHANGE them. I'm sick of it and in protest I am hanging a HUGE sign that says MERRY CHRISTMAS or KEEP CHRIST IN CHRISTMAS! on my lawn. I would urge others to do the same. Hope you all have a MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!
