I'm doing my thesis for my law degree, and I'm doing it about the Violations of due process of the accused in the Nuremberg trials (I’m not pro-Nazi or neo-Nazi or anything like that, JFTR), I'd like to know any sources for information, against and pro the process, any criticism, and any information in general about the Nuremberg Trials, but in specific about the due process violations, any help would be greatly appreciated, anyone interested in helping me or discussing the theme with me is welcome to, from side of the debate.( Zucco1018@yahoo.com)

Thank you.

Have you noticed the war on terror, government and news plays the exaggerated versions just as McCarthy played Communism against our own people and government. The selling point to protect us from communism in the 50's were bomb shelters. what is the selling point to protect us from terrorist today?

Long lines for visas in consulates abroad, exaggerated travel restrictions and rude/aggressive immigration agents are making travellers to think twice when deciding vacations in the US. I currently live in Europe my friends (for instance) are considering going to Cuba or Mexico instead the US for vacations, they blame us (Americans) for all this mess in airports and customs. Sometimes I don’t know what to say because I also think some measures are exaggerated and not everyone consider this as minor difficulties while travelling to the “freedom” of American society.

I want to work in a big firm doing tort law or litigation. I was wondering what the best education before law school would be. Any college, majors, minors, or any other suggestions would be really helpful. I need to know specifically what to take while in college.

well, Stalin was hitler's friend so much that Stalin let Hitler massacre his people for a week before he decided to declare war on Hitler. Well, Clinton let his people be massacred for a few years, even after Osama declared war. Ok, well, since Stalin and Hitler were friends, and Bush 1st and Clinton are friends, it is only too obvious of the connection here. What do you think?

I have just qualified as a nurse and have just got a provisional offer for a job, subject to the outcome of my CRB form.

Roughly 2 years ago I was involved in an incident whereby I was thrown out of a nightclub and attacked by a nightclub bouncer. The bouncer phoned the police and accused me of attacking him. The matter went to court, and luckily, the CCTV footage was preserved and showed 6 counts of assault from the bouncer: throwing me down a flight of stairs, headbutts, and sitting on my chest. At magistrates court all the evidence was given and I was found innocent (The bouncer is still working in the same job... that's not my question, but I'm quite peeved about it still...)

Would this information show up on my CRB form? I hear there's a 'soft' section which the police fill out after the CRB do their initial check

It's really worrying me cos I've read other cases where people have been found innocent and it still shows on the CRB check

p.s.. sorry for the babble

Why doesn't the government put the same effort into breaking the KKK or Arian Nation? I would love to see those people at Guantanamo getting tortured. They certainly fit the definition of a terror group.

I was on a four lane highway which has a median that divides the north lanes from the south lanes. I was going south and the officer was going north.when I seen the officer flash his lights and start to turn around in the median. he got stuck by a couple of trucks and cars then 3 miles down the road I was stopped. I was speeding at 75mph, but got a ticket for 100mph. I do remember a car passing me as the officer was attempting his turn around. It is also 2am in the morning when this happened. obviously the car that passed me was clocked at 100mph and I was given his ticket. the problem is how to prove this at the court date, or can I prove it at all.it was also foggy and visibility was rough that morning so I can see how the officer made the mistake, somewhat? I believe officers do have the best interest in mind most of the time and I know everyone is innocent??? This time I really am falsely accused.....please help with ideas on proving this to the judge, Everyone makes mistakes!!!!
