Army is taking people in shape at maxim age of 42 currently. There isn't a draft in the USA like a lot of people thought was going to happen with Bush in office.

The army be taking people at 42 but the draft age limit is 38 and most armed forces wont take people older that 38-40 unless they have years of military service and have only been discharged a few years

We are not going to have a draft. Stop listening to the lies out there. As for age, it depends on what jobs are needed. Combat probably 40.
