They have asked us to give them our patience, like everything American we want to see results in 24 House, but the crusades took 200 years the Revolution took forever and the civil war didn't happen overnight. We were lucky to get through WWII in 4 years. The UK had been at it for more than 8. If we would stop fighting with a limited force an stupid rules of engagement maybe we could win. we are still outnumbered 50 to 1

What makes you think the Americans aren't involved? They have asked Americans all over the country, whether walking in malls, flying in planes, on a bus, on and on....if you see something suspicious, Report it!!! Also, we are financing this war at the tune of a billion dollars a week with tax dollars and this doesn't include additional monies unaccounted for. I would say that we have been asked to help and most Americans are helping. I just don't remember being asked if I want to spend a billion dollars a week on this war.....

I fully agree. conflict bonds could have been a staggering concept. It additionally could have been a fave concept. besides the undeniable fact that, the two wars have been over an prolonged time in the past. the two governments have been toppled. you're confusing the positioned up conflict freshen up with conflict. The final combatant in Japan after WWII grew to become into discovered in the Seventies. we are nevertheless in Japan and Germany. human beings don't get that. What we could desire to end is the great and careless u . s . a . development. that's what expenses us plenty. sufficient of it.

1. Patriot Act-many refuse to give any "rights" up.
Bush should have set expectations and defended his actions publicly. These two issues are the root cause of most of our problems. Americans have not had a major war since WW2. We as a society have forgotten what it means to be at war.

How much more sacrifice can the public give when our sons and husbands go to defend a land that really doesn't want us there, on a lie, that our government cooked up to convince us and we bankroll it to boot. I think we've given enough of our lives and money.

Sacrificing all the Fahrenheit 911 movies to make products for the war. That propaganda Moore creates, filled with lies, is a big reason why so many people hate our government and make us appear weak overseas!
