I bought something thru ebay. I havent received the item in 17 days. Paypal paid him and still no item. I opened a dispute, and this guy provides a tracking number, saying it had been sent. Well, Ive called Fedex everyday. That was 3 days ago. Its invalid. Is it a federal crime to give a fake number thru Fedex?

our boy. We also sold them the best military technology we had at the time. Hmmm, seems like another failure of our governments choice to try to manipulate another nation to get what we want.

Before you start blasting about supporting the terrorists, learn about our governments dirty dealings. If you're still angry, tell our government.

Small town city government is trying to collect from a friend, room and board for 30 day jail term served 4 1/2 yrs ago, over a municipal code/zoning violation. No written bill or request for payment has ever been sent by the court or the city, until an arrest warrant was executed recently (few days ago) by municipal judge. Friend didn't even know about the costs, and still hasn't been presented with a bill, by the city or the court. Any thoughts that I can share with him would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

What in your opinion would it take to form a viable (key word) political party in the U.S. that could command enough broad based support to have an effect on elections & apply pressure on the two major parties to be more accountable? So, on NPR today at lunch.. they were running a story about a possible leak of a CIA report about Iran.. in the report it is supposed to say that Iran ONLY has exactly what they have reported to have in terms of nuclear power giving the US no right to sanction them or think of military actions.. Obviously this would'nt help the Bush campaign and i have seen nothing about it on any of the major media outlets.. yet conservatives claim liberal media bias? If Bush invades Iran, and we find no WMD's there either, will they then stop believing everything he says?

Which is better? .40 S&W Glock 22, or .45 ACP HK USP 45?

Glock;
pros- foolproof simplicity. guaranteed reliability. shoots more accurate than the USP. takes 15 shots in the mag. very small need for the maintanace. works really well on aiming when panic situation. extremely travel friendly, because there is no parts to be broke easily.

cons- weird aiming angle, and gives wrist ache. this gets worse when pulling the trigger. in fact, because of the uncomfortable angle, when I use my index finger to pull tigger, it bothers the tip of my wrist bone, causing swelling ( that is why I call using the Glock can be "unhealthy").
difficult to recover to the aiming position after each shots are fired. it takes some time and effort to aim (no comfortable aiming at all). pushing the slide stop is ridiculously difficult.

HK USP
Pro- very fast aim, faster than the Glock. Comfortable aim. Feels very comfortable when gripping the gun. dual-recoil spring absorbs the recoil to some extent.

The other night on I77 north a Kanawha County Sheriff police car was traveling about 100mph with no flashing lights on. He almost rear-ended a car in the lane. I seen him slam on his breaks. I was traveling at about 70 when he zoomed past me. Is this legal for him to drive this fast with no flashing lights on?
