Who was Dr. Martin Luthr King jr. was assassinated by?

It is the commonly held belief that James Earl Ray killed Dr. King, but I have a theory. Jesse Jackson!!! That's right! I said it. Jesse Jackson! Most police officials think that there was a plot to have Dr. King killed, and it is my belief the Jackson was involved. My evidence is this:
1-Photos taken just seconds before the shot, Jesse Jackson is next to Dr. King, but looking toward the direction where the shot came from.
2-minutes after the shooting, Jackson raced to the TV cameras, and said King was dead, even though that determination was not made by the attending doctor. (He was taking torch)
3-James Earl Ray swore until his deat that he acted with a partner named 'Raul', and that they were hired for the hit. I know he is a killer, and admitted to the shooting, but why implicate others if he acted alone.
4-Of all the people in the world who would have benefitted most from Dr. Kings killing, Jesse Jackson would have gained most. How long would Jackson stand in the shadow of a better man before wanting to grab power for himself? He, in my opinion, is still an extortionist, and a criminal. And he has done more to hurt the civil rights movement than he has ever done to help it.

Dr. King was a good man, and deserved better.
