my bad, Dr. Steven Hatfill is just a person of interest and he is suing all of the agencies and newspapers who said so........

They still haven't found the Boston strangler, the 2nd shooter in the Kennedy assissanation, or the guy who spray paints the subway cars, either.
Law enforcement, not Intel, has taken the lead in the anthrax deal, I'm sure. May never be solved. Doesn't mean we are stupid. Simply means that the perp is smart enough to cover his tracks and keep his mouth shut.

Person? How do you know we haven't found the people responsible ? Could we be using them for information? Are you one of those who think the public should be told every little thing?
Covert means undercover. Anything you see on TV or read in the paper can be seen by our enemies as well.
