Sure, just as soon as they realize that it is actually a wet paper bag, they'll just walk right through it, using their body weight. The trouble is.....it's so hard to get them out of their cars & comfort zones & by the time they get close enough to see or feel their way out, they still have to wait for a direct order! :o)

Have you ever had a personal experience with them, I have and they are spooky people even when you are on the side of the good guys. DOD is even scarier, however I'll be the first to admit the homeland security is spread way to thin
