In a marriage of less than 2 years, house bought 10 years before marriage and a prenuptial, would a wife receive anything in a divorce? Married a Chinese woman in China and prenuptial was signed in front of the American Consul in China. Moved to USA. She took thousands from bank account in the USA.

a question or answer you give. DOes this happen to you often? I get a lot of personal nasty emails to me. The latest is because I said it was sad how Africa had no help in 1994, why does that constitute to send me a rude email? I do like getting emails, and feel free to email me, but why be rude in it? Who else does this happen to on here?

I just wonder how we the people can actually have our voices heard, when those that we elect have thier own agendas. I am hopeful that one day, we the people will be voting on issues instead of voting for one lying member of congress over another. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

My father-in-law died in recent months, and my husband and I strongly suspect that my sister-in-law (my husband's only sibling) is manipulating her Alzheimer's-stricken mother into giving her large amounts of money (tens of thousands a pop) from her savings accounts. What can we do? If our mother willingly gives the money to my sister-in-law, even though she is not mentally competent, is there anything we can do about it? This money is earmarked for our mother to live on, not for our sister to steal from her using the excuse that it's for her kids for some reason or another. What can we do, legally?

To the old media and the left, the election is a foregone conclusion and won't report ANYTHING that might make Bush or the republicans look good. Conservative talk radio is demanding republicans get out and vote no matter what.

Plus, their leading stories are actual assults on each other. I know that it is nothing new. But the intensity is higher on both sides than I've ever seen!

I get the feeling that whichever media loses may face an uncertain future!!!

i want to jaion the army...i acnt....BAD CREDIT.....weapons ban, and crinal record...yah i know it sound bad but wouldntthey want some like me over seas kicking *** ? i am a hard worker... i dont to kill any one that is for sure but war is war...i would love the srtuctured envirment of the army but....the want goodt two shoes and that would rather send out smart crime free troops to die in afghanistan? why is that?

if society would let me prove myself to them in the army defending our land and freedom them i would kick *** at it and be the best i can...why why why not? its un fair i tell you..i would pass the phyc test so its not like they would be sending a crazy guy over there to help out..
