Actually there was a similar case to what you are asking, but the couple was having sex and their shades were only partially open. A child looked through the window, saw the action, got an adult the adult called the police and the couple were arrested, charged and prosecuted. I can not remember all the charges that were named against them.

I find it hard to believe that in your "constitutionally" protected space a/k/a your home, you can be arrested for such things. Apparently, you can be arrested and prosecuted.

I think the sick people looking through the window should be arrested. It wasn't like they were in front of their living room bay windows with no curtains!

I would be careful if I were you. KEEP the curtains closed. People are so insanely offended by the human body, you could end up rotting in jail as ridiculous and crazy as is sounds.

Good Luck and Take Care

What goes on inside your house is nobody's business - naked or clothed, it doesn't matter. But if your were a hot actress or model and extremely popular than this would be a whole different story fella!!!!

It is still called public exposure...

What you do behind CLOSED doors is no ones issue, but when you allow those outside to see what is inside, you can feel the brunt of the law..

It depends on where you live, city ordinances and such. It is not illegal where I live. You shouldn't be looking into other people's houses, anyway.
