I believe that we should provide free dinners for children at school. The breakfast clubs are free, at the moment.
Is it right for single parent families to get free school dinners, bearing in mind there is no means testing, so it could be a case of a divorced millionaire buming of us plebs.

Just had a letter telling me I turned a corner just as a traffic light had turned red last week at 17mph and they intend to prosecute me. It was obviously amber and I just didn't stop in enough time. This has never happened before so what exactly is the penalty I'm facing for something like this?

WASHINGTON - Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld said Thursday that anyone demanding deadlines for progress in
Iraq should "just back off," because it is too difficult to predict when Iraqis will resume control of their country.

Should we back off like Donny wants?

This is a hypothetical question. The civil engineer and architect dealing with City Metropolitan development authority say that they have to bribe about Rs.300,000 to get a possible permission to change land usage from non-commercial to commerciall. After the bribe is paid, the permission may or may not come. One may think that they should refund the bribe if the permission is not given. But the engineer says that they there are about ten tables involved, and to move the papers from each table, the bribe is to be paid. Since each table is concerned with only his work, he needs the bribe whether the final permission is given or not. Hence if the last table rejects the case, all the bribes will serve no purpose. What would you do?

Are not they both made up of politicians? Are not politicians known for being backstabbing, suck-up liars? Is there really a difference between them, then?

Take a few of the issues at hand during this election; Iraq, immigration, and ethics.

Neither group will be able to get the troops out of Iraq any time soon. They are there to stay for a while longer. That's a fact.

Immigration is one of those issues that resurfaces every ten years. Nothing has changed in thirty years except the number of illegals, and it won't change anytime soon. I don't care how many walls are built.

Ethics and politics go together like peanut butter and rotten tuna. The two are not mutually compatible. Both parties have proven this fact countless times. Sure, the Republicans have shown their backsides more than the Dems lately , but the Dems have had their share of scandals too.

So, the question remains, what is the REAL difference between a Republican run government and that of the Democrats?

An example might be Madonna The adaption laws in Malawi would not allow her to adopt, but she has. Maybe her PA is a Malawi resident? Or did she grease a few palms?
Please talk about other examples though as I am sure Madge is going to get enough coverage somewhere else.

Fact is: Muslims want us to respect their laws in their countries, why can they not respect ours?
Democracy will some say: Sure, but we have a culture and other people should respect that.
Why era the western world always the ones that must adopt and do what others want.
It is time we stand up for ourselves and be aware of terrorism and facial expressions that are hidden behind the veil.
Believe me, most Muslim women will love us when we make laws that alow headscarfs, but no veils in our countries.
Many will say no and Muslims will riot again, but they must realise: What goes for th goose, goes for the geese.Stop feeling guilrty about who we are and what we stand for: Freedom.
The scarf abuse women rights in our society and they must understand that it is our way and laws.We don't discrimanate against their religion, but want nothing to do with something that discriminate against women.
Nothing they say or do must be accepted.
