Yes. There is some requirement. it depends on what your warehouse is going to store. There are few authorities have such guidelines. You can check with Ministry of manpower, SCDF for the guide lines

I believe there are such requirements. Suggest you check with the Warehousing Dept of Port Authority of Singapore. They may be able to assist you.
If you are leasing a warehouse space from private property owners, it's best you check with them the guidelines on maximum loading weight, restriction of use etc. in that particular warehouse building.
