I was at the age of seven in the year of 1996 when my uncle called me to the USA. I studied there until fifth grade and suddenly a tension arose between my uncle and father and i was sent back to India.I want to know can greencards get renewed. Please help and tell me.Are there chances of getting my greencard renwed or can i go back with the same greencard. My uncle is not willing to help me. He has destroyed my life. I have got my passport renewed please tell what should I do about the green card.

My dad is US military and my family and I are all US citizens, but how do I know what my state citizenship is? I've never lived anywhere for more than 4 years and my parents are citizens of two different states. Do I chose where I'm a citizen, is it where I was born, or what?
