Everyday i see, hear, and read more examples of how are constitutional rights are being violated. But no one is telling us as citizens what we can do to stop this. To be honest I feel that if we try to do something or ask anything the government will mess with you. As a veteran I cannot believe I feel like this but damn it is what it is.

A muslim woman is campigning for her right to wear her veil in a classromm...kids teacher (this covers the face and only leave a little peep hole for the eyes)...surely this is really dangerous in general in addition to the fact that it increases segregation...However a BA worker was sacked because she wore a crucifix on her neck. Surely this double standards has to end sometime...Are muslims becoming overly sensitive in this day and age...Surely we are allowed to express ourselves without being accused of 'islamophobia'. Jerry springer made a joke out of xtians but we took it well and didnt burn down anything. What would have happened if Mohammed was thebutt of Jerry's Joke? Yeah there were cartoons...so what...it s all about freedom of speech and if you dont like it then you should really be able to look away....

Isnt freedom of speech the right for me to insult others and the right for others to insult me...If your conscience allows it obviously!!!

Your thoughts please

....their affiliation - Republican, Democrat, Independent, etc. Too many times they slip in certain phrases that give you the impression they lean one way or another...remove all doubt and let us know up front! The political analyst on CNN (Schroeder or Schaeffer or something) is clearly biased....he is an analyst - he looks at all the info and gives the facts about it - how come it is easy to see that he leans towards a liberal-democrat bias? I'll give you more details if you need them....
What do you guys/gals think????

Who do you think will be the democratic candidate? Who do you think will be the next president? Don't you agree the US needs to be more independent and not a 2 party system that does not work so well?

It seems like the Republican party was traditionally the wealthier person't party, while the Democratic party was for the blue collar. Oddly enough, it seems to me like this trend has reversed. The higher income people are Democratic these days, and you see lots of Republican supporters coming from the working class neighborhoods. Any thoughts?

WHY...Checks and Balances!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a hard core conservative and I hate many things the ACLU stands for but I'm glad they are there.

Absolute Power..Absolutley Corrupts! It sits well with me to have opposition...this is why America works.

I like having intelligent people on both sides of issues and making their voices heard!

Am I alone or are there others who feel this way?

India can't be divided again and again on the basis of religions. A number of Biharis of undivided Pakistan are living in the camps in Bangladesh. Pakistan don't care for them. Are they not Muslims? Isrial is killing their so called Muslim brother in Palistine, Why they are not sending Pak army to protect them? We all the Muslims are selfish and using various terms according to our requirments from time to time. Some time Pakistan is talking decisions on the basis of thier own countire's govermental policies and some time on the ground of Islam. Do you know why? Because we all are selfish. We are not following the rules of Islam truly and this is the reason of our downfall. Love every human being. We all are the creation of Allah. live and let live us peacefully. Sacrifice for others is the basic theory of Islam.

i have a son who i was receiving child benefit for along with child tax creadits and working tax credits. his dad claimed for the child benefit and somehow managed ro get it. we have 50/50 care and for 20 weeks after i was still receiving ctc and wtc, turned out i was not entitled to this and have to pay them back £2500.
i am now pregnant again, only 6 weeks, but the question is, when i apply for wtc and ctc when the baby is born, can the inland revenue stop they payments till the overpayment is payed back or will they just reduce it?
thanks

I will vote, I believe the 14 people that responded to my question will vote, but I think only about 25% of eligible people will vote. My real question is why or why not vote?
