In order to get it annulled you must admit in court that you committed fraud against the USA government (which is what you did if you voluntarily married her just to help her get the green card.) In that case, your actions may have legal consequences, the DA can bring criminal charges against you. If she tricked you, then, it will be more difficult to prove but you are not at fault and should not worry about jail time.
Annulment or divorce, you need to get out of this marriage. It may be a voidable marriage but it will not happen outomatically. Try to do it before she is deported, it will be much cheaper and faster.

anullment. How can she become legal so soon? In the USA (are you in the USA?) you have to be married for a minimum of 2 years for the foreigner to obtain a green card.

Yes a Russian immigrant married to a black girl (who's an American citizen) will obviously be granted a inexperienced card (everlasting resident reputation). After getting a inexperienced card one is meant to attend (for three to five years) earlier than you follow to turn out to be a US citizen.

I believe you can have it anulled if less than a year based on the circumstances.

If the marraige was illegal in the first place, then in law it should never have taken place, and so a divorce should not be necessary. You need advice from a solicitor.

Tired of her already. Call your local social security office. Thanks for helping to send her 'back' home.
