Is it about great power? Both of them?

I'm a slightly left of center liberal but it seems to me we are creating a nation of individuals who quite literally despise each other making fellow Americans the enemy, does this really help us to our goals as a nation or does it hurt us in the long run? I see posts and admittedly I've participated in some bashing of the opposition but really where will this get us all and to what end?

The kids will be studying the Roman Catholic religion. As part of the lesson plans, they'll take the names of Catholic saints as is done in the Catholic Sacrament of Baptism. In addition, the youngsters will recite Catholic prayers in class and will read and memorize passages of the New Testament from the Catholic Bible.

The boys and girls will also learn about the priesthood and the convent. They'll wear priest's clothing and the traditional gowns and headdresses of nuns.

To better understand Catholic traditions, they'll stage mock confessions and Masses. To learn about the traditions of Lent, student's will ''give up'' some favored thing or food and they'll also fast to better understand that part of Catholic practice and ritual.

You didn't hear it?

Of course you didn't, because it's not true. What is true is the above curriculum was done with Islam, supported by the same liberal idiots that hate Christianity.

Liberal insanity.

17 illegal immigrants found in U-Haul
Associated Press

FALFURRIAS — Seventeen illegal immigrants were found hidden in the back of a hot U-Haul moving truck, U.S. Customs and Border Protection said today.

The immigrants were discovered by a Border Patrol dog at an inland highway checkpoint Friday. All were given fluids but declined medical attention.

All the immigrants were from Mexico and returned voluntarily to Mexico.

The driver, a 29-year-old U.S. citizen from Brownsville, was arrested and charged with alien smuggling.

I suggest that we implement the draft and DO NOT exclude anyone. This includes, daughters, sons, wives, children, senators, presidents, and president's wives and daughters. This would be the quickest way to end this psychotic Iraqi war. What do you think?

A man that lives in the same town as me...is going to sue some town where he got in a accident at. Because they didnt have the lines in the middle of the road to divide the sides and he got into an accident(a accident with another car). because there was any lines....there was just a road. Could a person really sue the town or state for negligence? How is that even possible.
I doubt it if he will win. what is going to give that man money for that. I wouldnt.

According to some, the Islamic extremists using terrorism as a strategy hate us because they envy our freedoms? How does this make any logical sense? They may hate us for their perception of the impurity of our society, for partnering with repressive right-wing Arab regimes, for supporting Israel, and any number of grievances, but envy our freedoms?

Senate Democratic leader Harry Reid has been using campaign donations instead of his personal money to pay Christmas bonuses for the support staff at the Ritz-Carlton where he lives in an upscale condominium. Federal election law bars candidates from converting political donations for personal use.

Is it the elections law that hard to figure out that campaign donations are not meant for personal use?
