Because Hugo confiscated and oil company to help fund public education and social security in his country; and Bush doesn't like people to take from the rich to give to the poor. So Bush is trying to get the UN to impose sanctions against Hugo and his country, and other people are fighting him for Hugo's sake.
Hugo is also supplying Massachusetts with at cost energy for the poor. Bush doesn't like that either.

Maybe because it's the ultimate truth. Look into the research David Icke has done on the royal Illuminati bloodlines. Every president throughout history has been a descendant of these bloodlines. Something like 33, or 34 of the 43 presidents can trace back their family tree to Charlemagne of France. If this isn't a secret conspiracy, then what is?

i dislike Bush and his policies intensely. I would discreetly agree with Hugo. In the U.S,. Bush has managed some control of the media. Outside of the U.S. the world has a more complete prospective on what goes in america, the war on terror and nature of america's policies aboard. It does not look good and it does not resemble the America of 10 years ago.
