I moved from california to Arizona to live with a girl I was dating. I gave her over 5000 during the period I lived with her to pay for bills and to buy material property for the apartment, HDTV, Couch, entertainement center, bed, etc, I was not on the lease agreement, becuase she set the partment up before I arrived, so I just let it stand until I got a job, but I never put in to be on the lease because we were moving to a new home we were buying. I was excorted out of the apartment by the police, then she took all the belongings out of the apartment the next day, and left what she thought was mine. Should I have recieved a 30 day notice for this apartment? Were court can I bring her too, what do I have to prove in court?

Those injected human implant thing? I read a press release saying it would keep track of who was coming and going in the country, but if it's just implanted in your arm, couldn't a poor, desperate person sell theirs? Or a terrorist just kill someone to remove their chip and put it in their own arm, to pretend to be the other person? How would this be secure? Is this really happening, because it doesn't sound safe!

let our Military know... how much we appreciate what they are doing for us?

I have a good Friend in The Navy and he will make sure that your thoughts will reach our Proud Military in Afghanistan and in Iraq.

I wish this War would be over with...so they can all be home with their Loved Ones but since they will not be home, why don't we show them, that they have a very Grateful Nation behind them.

Whether you are for or against this War, I am sure that we all do agree on One thing...We are Proud of our Military and we all want them home safe and soon!

Lets all leave Politics out of this one and unite in this One cause...to let them know we appreciate the fact that they have put their lives at risk so that we may all continue to live in Freedom and Security!

You don't have to put your name but it would be nice if you can put your City or State, once you have finished your thoughts.

IMO, yes! He should never have been impisoned in the first place. Charlie never killed anyone. He was never charged with murder. He's in prison because the actual murderers told the court, "Charlie told us to do it." What rot! Manson should have told them to jump off a cliff.

For those with any doubts that Manson was framed by his so-called "followers" and the DA, I HIGHLY recommend you watch the 1989 DVD interview with Charlie titled Charles Manson Superstar.

Both can be considered addictions that CAN be controlled.
Both are dangerous to your life and health.
Both are expensive to society (much more so sex.. discuss!)
Both can be done in the privacy of one's own home and out of the range of others

But it is only PC to bash smokers, but not someone's sex lifestyle. Why is that? Casual sex encounters are portrayed constantly on TV, but smoking is STRICTLY forbidden. Doesn't make sense b/c if desire for sex is innate, kids would be more influenced by seeing it than seeing smoking.

I saw a guy wearing a shirt that said "United States of America" then a picture the 48 contiguous states then "Hawaii" underneath but no picture of Hawaii. I asked him why it didn't have a picture of Hawaii and he said, " I don't know, it was a gimme."

10% more suspect this happened. I believe with electronic voting systems built by companies loyal to Republicans, the temptation is too hard to resist against vote tampering. How long will it take to get systems in place that have verifiable paper trails? Actually as an election judge, I alway thought the old optical scan system we used in my city worked just fine. Its one thing to have results you don't like, its another entirely if the election is stolen.

What do you guys think? I myself am left wing, but I do admire the way he handled 9/11 while he was mayor of NY..
