If they give you proper notice as listed in your lease or rental agreement, then they can give you notice to move out

Generally speaking, No. However they can evict you for NO REASON as long as they give you 30 days.

not unless there is probable cause AND you violated the lease. if there is no lease, then you are screwed and now u know better for the next time
