Those injected human implant thing? I read a press release saying it would keep track of who was coming and going in the country, but if it's just implanted in your arm, couldn't a poor, desperate person sell theirs? Or a terrorist just kill someone to remove their chip and put it in their own arm, to pretend to be the other person? How would this be secure? Is this really happening, because it doesn't sound safe!

No they will not.
It flunks the 'creepy' test.
Only the company that makes the chip is trying to make it sound like this is a feasible action plan.

Who is "they"? How would "they" know who is coming in the country beforehand in order to implant a chip in their arm? Through mental telepathy, or a crystal ball? Don't worry about it being "secure" or that it doesn't sound safe, because it isn't EVEN POSSIBLE.
What press release did you read this in? Daily Alien Press? I don't even believe the New York Times or the Los Angeles Times anymore since freedom of speech isn't a right anymore in America. Or on YahooAnswers. If it still existed, the "report abuse" link would not be plastered on every question and answer to penalize participants for speaking freely. Freedom of speech is allowed only for agreement by whoever is reading it. As soon as someone doesn't agree or dislikes what someone has said or written--the "snitch" button gets hit.
You can't believe everything you read these days, that would be very naive.
