IMO, yes! He should never have been impisoned in the first place. Charlie never killed anyone. He was never charged with murder. He's in prison because the actual murderers told the court, "Charlie told us to do it." What rot! Manson should have told them to jump off a cliff.

For those with any doubts that Manson was framed by his so-called "followers" and the DA, I HIGHLY recommend you watch the 1989 DVD interview with Charlie titled Charles Manson Superstar.

Ok, I watched Helter Skelter when I was a teenager and I thought," Man, thats scary, because he was such a smooth talker and if I had met him then and was a hippie type, I would have liked him." Thats was very scary to think. Also, conspiracy theory doesnt make since here. I think he was the leader and the way he acts at his parole hearings is his biggest enamy as far as freedom for Charlie goes. Sorry, he will never be free with a legal paroling.

Charles Manson DID tell people to kill and that they did, so what Charles Manson did became a criminal offense. If a individual tells somebody or asks somebody to kill, and the guy does, the guy that killed and the guy that asked will the two be held accountable What he did became he concepts washed many people in his team into killing others, he did not ought to furnish every physique funds. The mere certainty that he concepts washed and asked people in his team to kill people is a criminal offense. And in case you think of that somebody like that desires to be permit loose, then i think of he has YOU concepts washed.

Charles Manson, who I met while helping to decide whether or not he was mentally ill when he was brought to Atascadero State Hospital for evaluation, needs to be locked up as long as they can keep him locked up. He was not mentally ill at that time using the legal description, and was returned to prison.

His public statement upon conviction speaks volumes on his thought processes.

"Mr. and Mrs. America--you are wrong. I am not the King of the Jews nor am I a hippie cult leader. I am what you have made me and the mad dog devil killer fiend leper is a reflection of your society. . .Whatever the outcome of this madness that you call a fair trial or Christian justice, you can know this: In my mind's eye my thoughts light fires in your cities."
--Charles Manson's statement after his conviction
for the Tate-LaBianca murders.

Dumbshitz. Do some real research on the subject instead of watching glamorized productions.
