Yes, i definetely consider Hawaii a state. If Hawaii wasnt part of the U.S, then we would only have 49 states. Hawaii is totally and definetely a state. The shirt said hawaii on it, it just didnt have a picture, so just because they didnt have a pic. on it doesnt mean its not a state! Hope my answer helps!
