No one, no matter what should be driving like this. Regardless of citizenship status. However; he is a felon (domestic violence) and is driving illegally. I would do or say something. What if he hits a child (or adult) and the family (God forbid) is left with no recourse because no insurance to cover the liability. Shame on the individual. If you want to come to America, then get your affairs in order, don't make me have to pay for your mistakes and abuses!!!

This is a big problem all over America...make sure you get uninsured motorist and be sure to get their license plate number. The insurance will not pay if you don't have a license plate number.

Isn't that bogus! They probably don't have valid plates, right? Seems like there are more laws for those that break the law than those that abide by the law.

I'd turn them into Border Patrol or the police. Police probably don't want to get involved, so I'd call Border Patrol. If you live in a state that you think doesn't have a Border Patrol office, call Immigration and Naturalization Service, (INS), listed in the govt pages of phone book.

Report him to the local police. If that doesn't work, look up the hotline number for INS. If you are in a major town, they should have one.

There is a good chance that his wife is also an illegal and will be deported with him. Be aware of that.

Call your local police department and ask them. If you have a local INS office (Immigration and Naturalization Service) then you should file a report with them. There are several web sites you can use to report directly to the INS. Just Google them.

Report him to the police, he is a driving safety hazard. What if he hits and injures someone? If also has a warrant for his arrest on those domestic violence charges, you will be keeping whoever he has been beating on safe for at least awhile.

If he is illegal, he cannot get a drivers license no matter how hard he tries. I knew a guy that was illegal, he went to the DMV and took both the drivers and eye tests and passed both, but then they checked his SSN and denied him a drivers license. It is hard for an illegal immigrant to get drivers insurance since many companies require a SSN check or a valid drivers license, more recently some local places are letting them get insurance by showing their country's drivers licenses. Do what you want, but know that if he is illegally here, then it is very hard, if not impossible to have those things.

Call the police. It's possible they can take care of it.
Mendi8a........ So because he is here illegally then he shouldn't have to have a liscence or insurance because it is too hard to get? He can't get it because he's not supposed to be here in the first place!

Report him, name and address, to the local authorities. In many cities, you can dial 311 to reach the police non-emergency number. You'll want to provide a description of the car as well. You are right to be concerned.

Call your local police. If they are not empowered to do anything they should be able to refer you to who can. But don't drop this, my friend. Make an effort to get this dangerous individual put back in stinking Mexico where he belongs. How will you feel if you do nothing and he harms someone. Give it a try.
